Upcoming workshops on urban freight: zero-emission and kerbside management
The Polis Urban Freight Working Group intends to share some updates on upcoming exchange opportunities on urban freight transportation and service delivery, starting from the experiences of two Polis members.
On 15 October, 14:00-15:30 CET, the city of London will discuss Kerb access for goods - how to manage loading and access more efficiently. This case will provide the starting point for a discussion on barriers and future solutions for dynamic kerbside management. The session is part of a larger event organized by the REVEAL project. On 21 October, 11:00-13:00 CET, we will talk about Zero-emission freight and shared charging infrastructure. Starting from the case of Gothenburg, we will discuss the challenges and solutions for zero-emission bus and freight in cities and the potential use of shared charging infrastructure.
