You heard that right—registrations are finally open for the Annual POLIS Conference 2024! Dive into our draft programme and secure your spot for Europe's leading event on sustainable urban mobility by 30 September 2024.

The registrations for the Annual POLIS Conference 2024 (#POLIS24), taking place on 27-28 November and hosted by Baden-Württemberg and co-hosted by Karlsruhe—both POLIS members, are now open! About our tickets

Like previous years, we are offering media tickets (pending press card or proof of profession) to join the conference for free; undergraduate students will benefit from a special discount that will allow them to participate at the rate of EUR 75!

Following your online registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation of registration. This is a confirmation that your registration has been received, but not that your participation is confirmed. We will review your registration and will get back to you:

if you are entitled to attend the conference for free, you will receive a confirmation of registration from POLIS;
if you need to pay to attend the conference, POLIS will send you a link to the Messe Karlsruhe ticket shop where you will be able to pay online or request payment by bank transfer. All payments must be made in EUR and all bank charges must be met by the paying organisation. Your registration will only be confirmed once the payment is received. Please note that it will not be possible to enter the conference venue if the conference fee is not paid.

If you cancel your registration after 27 October 2024, you will not be refunded. Registration will close on 12 November 2024

And if you are a POLIS member, you will be pleased to know that three of your representatives may register for the Conference for free!
