STREnGth_M, a key Coordination and Support Action (CSA) backing the European Road Transport Research Advisory Council (ERTRAC), has launched an important survey to pinpoint the sector’s most pressing needs and guide the creation of future training initiatives. These efforts are essential for facilitating the road transport sector’s transition to a more digitised, electrified, and sustainable future.

This ambitious project, which runs from February 2023 to February 2026, brings together 23 partners from 10 countries, all united under the shared goals of the European Green Deal and the Paris Agreement. The mission of STREnGth_M is to drive innovation across the road transport sector while bolstering international cooperation. At its core, the project focuses on identifying the barriers and research needs that must be addressed to promote effective education and training, thereby building much-needed capacity within the industry.

As part of these efforts, the T1.4 Survey has been introduced to gather valuable insights from a broad range of stakeholders. This includes academia, public authorities, municipalities, the road transport and automotive industry, international organisations, research consultancies, and NGOs. The survey, which takes just 10-15 minutes to complete, is a vital tool for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the current educational landscape in the road transport sector.

Your participation is not only appreciated but crucial. The insights you provide will help the project identify areas that require additional support and development, ultimately contributing to the creation of training initiatives that will empower the sector to meet the challenges of the future. By taking part in this survey, you have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of road transport in Europe and beyond!
