Île-de-France Region organises a conference on Innovative and Sustainable Mobility as part of COP21

The event will take place on 4 December from 11am to 12.30pm at Paris-Le Bourget site, room 1.  French/English interpretation will be provided.

The annually organised COPs (Conference of the Parties) serve as the formal high-level meeting to assess progress in dealing with climate change. The COPs’ main objective is to review the implementation of the Rio Convention on Climate Change. This year's COP is hosted by France and takes place in Paris.

The side event  by Île-de-France Region is organised along 3 interactive discussions between the panelists and the audience:

•             Today’s Mobility: new needs, new uses, new solutions for a mobility for all

•             The New Mobility: An Asset for the energy diversification of transport and the creation of a new ecosystem (i.e. energy-vehicles-services-infrastructure)

•             Towards a necessary smart administration of this ecosystem to build smart cities/cities of the future.

Polis Secretry General, Ms Karen Vancluysen, is among the panelists.
