Passionate about advancing sustainable urban mobility? Are you looking for innovative ways to decrease car dependency in your area? Then look no further: applications are open for the EIT Urban Mobility Bari Summer School 2024, hosted by Ghent University, the Polytechnic University of Bari, and the EIT Urban Mobility Master School. The event will be held in Bari, Italy, from 29 August 29 to 5 September 2024.

The summer school features two separate tracks: one for transport and city professionals, and one for undergraduate students, to enable participants to expand their knowledge of sustainable and innovative urban mobility and develop solutions to reduce car dependence.

Indeed, participants will benefit from engaging workshops, lectures, teamwork and networking opportunities: plus, drawing inspiration from real-world business cases provided by industry partners and public organisations, the programme allows for the practical application of gained knowledge. POLIS Secretary General Karen Vancluysen will be joining as a speaker, offering her decades of expertise and sharing good practices from our network of cities and regions.
