Viken
Viken County is Norway’s largest county with more than 1.2 million inhabitants. The county is located in the south-eastern part of Norway, surrounding the capital Oslo. Viken County is in charge of the region’s more than 5.000 km of county roads as well as of regional public transport, traffic safety and measures for active transport. Viken County also has an active approach to putting into operation new technology and both business and operating models related to transport and mobility.
