LENS & CRETA Stakeholder Event
LENS invites you to save the date for an upcoming event with the CRETA project on 15 October 2024 in Barcelona, Spain at Recinte Modernista Sant Pau. The joint event will be in conjunction with the third LENS measurement campaign in the city. Our exchange with interested stakeholders and experts will also highlight local solutions and policies to reduce noise and air pollution.
The agenda includes presentations from the Barcelona City Council and the CRETA project, which aims to test solutions to facilitate interurban mobility and access to cities. A key feature will be the demonstration of a variable pricing system for vehicle circulation based on real and individual emissions, with access charges adjusted accordingly.
In addition to a project update from LENS, including preliminary results from the previous test campaigns in Leuven and Paris, the event will focus on the technical aspects of the emission measurement solutions used in both projects. The day will conclude with a visit to the live LENS measurement campaign in the centre of Barcelona.
